Is preparing plans on BeyondWill UPL-safe for advisors?
Yes. Plans are built from attorney-approved, state-specific templates, with client-guided intake. Advisors who'd rather stay out of preparation entirely can use the Connected tier, the full Opportunity Signals dashboard with no drafting feature.
How is third-party signal data verified?
Some signals come from details your clients enter and confirm; others are drawn from third-party data and flagged for you to review, so you see what's actually in your book.
What access do you require?
Read-only access to your CRM. For non-API CRMs, our concierge process ingests a periodic export, you upload, we keep the data fresh.
