Voice
Coming in Q4Creating an estate plan is now as easy as having a conversation.
Voice replaces the estate planning form with a conversation. Your client answers plain questions out loud, and their plan fills in on screen as they speak. They can see what was understood and fix it while they are still talking. When they get stuck, they can ask their own questions and keep going.
Why it matters
A plan only counts once your client has been through it.
Your clients have been meaning to get to this for years. The form was always the reason it waited.
Now there is nothing left to put off. A conversation is far easier to have than a legal questionnaire is to work through, so the plan you recommended becomes something you can review, monitor, and act on.
What it changes
Your client talks. Everything else happens while they do.
Five things are running underneath one ordinary conversation, and none of them are your client’s problem.
- 1Talking
Your client just talks.
They answer in their own words, at their own pace, the way they would tell you about their family across a table. No form, no legal vocabulary, nothing to prepare beforehand.
- 2Listening
The details get picked out of the conversation.
Names, dates, property, accounts, who matters to whom. Voice takes the plan-relevant details out of ordinary speech and holds on to the whole conversation. Your client never repeats themselves or answers in a particular order.
- 3Building
Each detail lands in the plan.
Each answer lands in the right place on screen while they speak, highlighted as new. Your client sees what was understood and corrects anything that came out wrong.
- 4Answering
Their questions get answered, in plain language.
What a trustee actually does. Why an alternate matters. The questions that usually end a session get answered in the moment, without straying into legal advice.
- 5Signing
What comes out the other side is ready to sign.
Documents prepared from attorney-approved, state-specific templates, with signing and witnessing instructions written for someone doing this for the first time.
Advisor FAQ
What advisors ask about Voice.
Voice is a spoken way to work through an estate plan. Instead of reading a form, your client talks with a voice agent that asks plain-language questions. The answers land in their plan, where they can see and correct them as they go.
No. There is nothing to read first and nothing to gather. If they do have documents on hand, like a recent tax return or their account statements, WiseFill reads what it can from them and fills in those parts of the plan, so there is less for Voice to ask about and less for your client to remember.
They can. The same session runs as text, and your client can move between talking and typing whenever they want. Voice is an option, not a requirement.
Before anything begins, your client agrees that their voice and financial details may be recorded and processed by AI providers to build their plan, with the privacy policy linked right there. The session audio is processed as they speak, and we do not keep the recording or a transcript of the conversation. What is kept is what belongs in the plan: the details they gave, in their plan, where they can see and correct them.
No. Your client can work through it on their own time, and you see the result in the same dashboard where you review every other plan. Many advisors introduce it in a review and let the client take it from there.
No. Voice asks questions and records answers. It doesn’t recommend a structure, interpret a document, or advise on a legal question, and it tells your client to consult an attorney for legal advice.
Voice is being enabled firm by firm rather than switched on for everyone at once. Book 15 minutes and we will tell you where your firm sits in that rollout.
BeyondWill is not a law firm and does not provide legal, tax, or financial advice. Voice records what your client tells it; plan documents are prepared from attorney-approved, state-specific templates, and decisions remain your client’s.
