Subprocessor List
Subject to BeyondWill complying with this section, customers agree that BeyondWill may engage Subprocessors to process Personal Information on their behalf, including those listed below. BeyondWill will:
- Provide at least 10 days’ notice before adding any new Subprocessor (including the processing details).
- Impose data protection terms on Subprocessors that maintain equivalent standards as outlined in our DPA.
- Remain liable for any DPA breaches caused by its Subprocessors.
Customers may object in writing to any new Subprocessor on reasonable data protection grounds within seven (7) days of notice. BeyondWill will discuss any concerns in good faith to find a resolution. If unresolved, BeyondWill will either not appoint the Subprocessor or the customer may choose to suspend or terminate the agreement in line with the relevant terms.
List of Subprocessors:
- Google Cloud Platform (GCP) – Cloud infrastructure and support.
- Google Cloud Storage – Interface for ActiveStorage, relevant for data storage and retrieval.
- Google Analytics – Data reporting and user analytics.
- Intercom – Customer communication management.
- Klaviyo – Marketing automation and analytics.
- SendGrid – Email delivery and processing.
- Clarity – User behavior and telemetry analytics.
- FlipperCloud – Feature flag management, potentially involving user-specific data.
- Administrate – Provides access to user data for support purposes.
- Ahoy and Blazer – Used for analytics that could involve processing user data.
- OpenTelemetry with Honeycomb – Distributed tracing involving user data.
